If the temperature of the inlet and outlet of the thermal fluid has now met the relevant requirements of the tubular heat exchanger, the outlet temperature and flow of the cooling medium can be controlled. Detailed selection is required according to the practice. For example, if the outlet temperature is relatively high, then we need to select a small tubular heat exchanger, but the flow of cooling medium needs to be added accordingly; Secondly, if the outlet temperature is relatively low, it is necessary to select large tube and tube heat exchangers and reduce the flow of cooling medium correspondingly. Therefore, when selecting, it is necessary to measure the detailed cooling medium according to the outlet temperature.

Tubular heat exchanger is easy to have problems with the tube. The flushing and corrosion of the pipe caused by the medium lead to the aging of the pipe. Therefore, the heat exchanger is often checked and the medium needs to be filtered.
